Terms and Conditions
Partial Scholarship Payment Plan.
Discounted Cost
Tuition paid up front ($7,000 Off) 1 payment of $2,500
One-year plan ($6,500 Off) $500 Deposit, 12 payments @ $214.02
Two-year plan ($6,000 Off) $500 Deposit, 24 payments @ $131.61
*Students who can't afford tuition may qualify for the work-study program. Ask location for details.
Selection Process.
This Agreement is entered into on [insert date] by and between That Massage School, hereinafter referred to as "School," and [insert name of scholarship recipient], hereinafter referred to as "Recipient."
Purpose. The School is offering a scholarship to the Recipient for the purpose of testing a new educational program. The Recipient will receive tuition for the program in exchange for providing feedback to the School on the effectiveness and quality of the program.
Amount of Award. The Recipient will receive [insert amount of scholarship award] towards the tuition for the new educational program.
Program Requirements. The Recipient must complete the new educational program and provide feedback to the School in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Intellectual Property. The Recipient agrees that any feedback or suggestions provided to the School in connection with the new educational program will be the sole property of the School and may be used by the School for any purpose without compensation to the Recipient.
Termination. The School may terminate this Agreement at any time if the Recipient fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability. The School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Recipient's participation in the new educational program or from the use of the scholarship award.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the the State of Indiana and Elkhart County and any applicable federal law.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
Amendment. This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement signed by both parties.
Assignment. This Agreement may not be assigned by the Recipient without the prior written consent of the School.
Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
Non-Disclosure. The Recipient agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information disclosed by the School in connection with the new educational program, and not to use such confidential information for any purpose other than the purpose of providing feedback to the School. The Recipient agrees to keep confidential and not disclose any confidential information to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the Recipient's obligations under this Agreement.
Non-Disparagement. The Recipient agrees not to make any negative or disparaging comments about the School, the new educational program, or any of the School's employees, agents, or affiliates, either during or after the term of this Agreement.

- Initial Review: We will conduct an initial review of all applications to ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements and that all required materials have been submitted.
- Evaluation of Responses: We will evaluate the applicants' responses based on the criteria specified, such as relevance, originality, clarity, relevant experience, demonstrated interest, and writing ability.
- Selection Committee: We will assemble a selection committee of individuals with relevant expertise, who are impartial and free from conflicts of interest, to evaluate the applications and make the final decision.
- Final Decision: The selection committee will review all of the applicants' responses and make a final decision based on the criteria specified.
- Notification: We will notify the winner of the scholarship through email and provide the winner with a scholarship agreement or contract that outlines the terms and conditions of the scholarship.
- Feedback: We will provide feedback to all applicants, even if they are not selected as the scholarship recipient, in order to help them improve their writing and future applications.
